Easiest Guacamole Ever

guacamole

I’m pretty excited at any point to use my new food processor. Or my new car. New jewelry. My new phone, basically anything new….I like it..ESPECIALLY this new, SUPER DUPER easy guac recipe.

So with that being said, you don’t HAVE to process this guac. You can manually chop and mix, but for the ease of it, I popped all the ingredients in my food processor and it mixed it very well.

Ingredients
2 medium avocados
1 jalepeno pepper
Juice of 1/2 lime (approximate)
2 t. salt
1 t. cumin
Dash of garlic powder
1 T. fresh cilantro

Directions
1. Scrape out all of the avo goodness and chop up jalepeno. You can keep the seeds in if you like it spicy like me!
2. Pop everything into your food processor or mix it all by hand.
3. Serve direct, or I think it tastes best chilled.

3 tablespoons is a 50 calorie serving. (Approximate, depending on actual size of avocados! Be sure to do all math yourself.) This recipe usually gets me 11-12 servings or 2 cups of guac goodness!
