With the beginning of a new year, comes the inevitable desire for a better routine. I know that I have been lacking in a place I hold most dear: PAMPERING MYSELF! Many days I come home, make dinner, and chill on the couch with my husband, but I have really been trying to amplify the process lately. I’ve been incorporating a new hair routine, some delicious tea, and a bit more chill time with my Brett and Joey 2 Chains or by myself! Check out a quick snippet of my life in the video below!

Let me tell you a bit about my hair routine, since it’s probably the most steady from day to day. I’m OBSESSED with the Moraccanoil Treatment. I can’t express to you through words how much I love it. I am wondering where it had been all my life before I found it.

Moroccanoil Treatment is not only moisturizing and smoothing for my hair, but an ingredient in it is Argan Oil. It has a high content of antioxidants, fatty acids, and Vitamin E! This helps to increase the elasticity in your hair and decrease dullness. The smell is a sweet, vanilla-like scent that I wish could be bottled up into a perfume. That’s how much I love this stuff. (BTW, they do have a candle of the scent! YUM!)

Besides the Argan Oil, I have been loving the Dry Scalp Treatment by Moroccanoil as well. It’s a life saver for my extra dry scalp. If you have been a reader for a while, you know I have issues with my hair falling out due to PCOS. I found that a big factor in helping that has been using oils on my scalp and in my hair like the Moroccanoil Treatment, but now I am LOVING this treatment specifically for dry scalp. You put it on and then rub it around to cover the scalp, wait 15 minutes or so, then shampoo and condition as usual. If you have a dry scalp, you NEED to try it.

I hope you guys enjoyed my cozy night in routine. It’s simple, but it’s a good mix of relaxation and pampering myself that I just love. Plus, it allows for time with the husband and the cat, so that’s ALWAYS a plus.

What do you like to do on a cozy night in?
