VSG What I Eat in a Day

 

 

“What do you eat?” is the most common question I get. The answer? Not a lot. 2 oz at a time of each food below for a meal.

  • Protein Mashed Potatoes
  • Applesauce
  • Strained Soup
  • Greek Yogurt
  • Broth
  • Sugar Free Popsicles

That’s it. I did eat a few eggs, but that was jumping the gun to the next phase so I stopped. I filmed my what I eat in a day video on EXACTLY my 1 week mark, and now I’m at about 1.5 weeks. On week 2, I have an appointment with my surgeon and then meeting with my nutritionist, AND I am advanced on to Stage 3- Puréed Foods. I obviously cannot wait!
