July Ipsy & Water Park Day Trip

Last weekend, Brett and I joined Mell and her family at a small, local water park that happens to be at the halfway point between both of our houses (15-20 min each way.) It was a little chilly, but it was such an awesome day! I took my Ipsy bag and some of my favorite contents from July’s bag. The Pixi lip crayon, Pur Big Look Mascara, and Hang Ten tanning oil are my picks for the day at the park. I also brought some cash and my eyelash curlers. The Nudes Palette (With Swatches)

When I first saw a picture of The Nudes by Maybelline, I knew I wanted it. In all honesty, I didn’t need ANOTHER nude eye shadow palette, but who cares? This one is only $9.99 at most drug stores and you can always use coupons or specials that drugstores have to get it even cheaper.   Now, not all the shadows blew my mind. Review: First Aid Beauty Purifying Mask

First Aid Beauty Purifying Mask with Red Clay What I liked: The texture: This is a sticky, gel-like texture that feels cooling when applied. I liked it a lot. The end result: This mask left my face feeling very clean and purified. The packaging: Tube packaging makes the most sense to me. Of course, it can’t be used for everything, but the packaging of this product is simple and easy. Plus, I love a good red, white & blue color scheme. The price: It’s $30.00…

    Boscia BB Cream Light

Boscia BB Cream Light I had every intention of using my garage sale money to pick up some of the Diorskin Nude BB Cream over the weekend. When I went into Sephora with my naked face, ready to get to color matching, I found that the light was TOO light and the fair was a bit dark. When I mixed them together, it was perfect, but with a $44 price tag, I didn’t want to purchase two. I decided to look around for another BB cream since I was wanting an easy, rub and go type of summery face base. I found the Boscia BB Cream and put it…
