You may or may not know that I meal prep for my husband. It usually separate from what I do for myself because we have different goals, and honestly, I like everything spicy and he is cool with a more tame meal. Sometimes I like to get super fancy and elaborate with the things I am doing for him, but there are some weeks that I really just need to make it quick. The other day, I purchased a protein pack from my local grocery store called P3. It had probably an ounce of turkey, ounce of cheese, and half ounce of turkey.
