The theme seems to be New Years, but the tones are drastically different. There are the optimistic people making plans and goals for 2014. Recently, I am obsessed with English fashion and beauty. From the way that they dress over the top and on trend almost all the time, to the fact that they rock big hair and thick, dark liner with light lips…I can’t help but be totally consumed.
