I’ve tried running. I’ve tried P-90x. I’ve done Insanity and 55 other workout videos. I have tried all the fad machines, and I’ve tried to trick myself into believing I like them. And I don’t. I would be lying if I said I have been good on my dieting lately. I went off it for a good 3 months. By went off, I mean I was good for a few days, bad for a few days.
