It’s cold again in Indiana. I walked outside this morning to 4 degree weather. My snot was freezing inside my nose! Just..not cool. Happy New Year to you all! I hope you’ve had a happy and safe holiday season with your families and friends. I’ve read a lot on social media the past few days. The theme seems to be New Years, but the tones are drastically different. There are the optimistic people making plans and goals for 2014. There are the “anti-resolutionists” who are just pretty much trying to bum everyone who is trying out by saying how their year will suck just like last year. And then there is my LEAST favorite…the super negative nancies who are just saying things like “I’m SO SICK of New Years statuses!” I’m sorry?…

*My year in review! When I look back at 2013, I can’t be mad. I can’t complain. I’ve had a GREAT year. 1. I started a weight loss journey. 2. I ended a big chapter in my life. 3. I met, fell in love, and got engaged to the love of my life. 4. I grew as a person. 5. I dedicated myself to giving instead of being selfish. And these are only a few of the things I did! I am not saying I had a perfect year. In fact, I had some of the toughest moments of my life this year. When I see 2013, I see growth…
