I’m obsessed with my crockpot. I use it more than I use my oven. With my new healthy lifestyle, I’ve been very strategic in my meal planning. So I was at the grocery store and saw that turkeys were on sale. I thought to myself, “Hmm…I’d love to make a turkey…I never have!” And that’s when I saw an all white meat turkey breast. BINGO! Perfect. So on Saturday night, I set it out and let it thaw, seasoned it and popped it in the crockpot to bake all Sunday. Then I sliced it up and make 6 lunches all under 400 calories and so yummy! My arms are sore right now, because I just got done doing some reps with a 5lb ball here at my desk. Actually, they were already sore because I did some Zumba last night and OUCH. 15 minutes of the Activate DVD was all I could do before I had to call it quits. I couldn’t be on my feet anymore! So then I did 4 sets of 25 crunches: Regular, Right side, Left side and my favorite…Bicycle crunches.
