PCOS AWARENESS MONTH ROUND-UP (UPDATED)

Happy PCOS Awareness Month! I say happy with a bit of disdain, but I am glad there is a month dedicated to bringing awareness to something that has REALLY affected my life greatly for the past decade.

Whenever September begins, I am always happy to share my round-up of PCOS posts for reference that’s updated with new things I’ve written about over the course of the year. This past year (and year prior) have been monumental years for me and my health. From deciding to move forward with weight loss surgery to becoming PREGNANT with my first baby (due NEXT MONTH!!) – I’ve been living my best life. I’ve been PROOF that if you set your sights on your goals that you can still achieve them with PCOS.

If you want to read all about my PCOS PREGNANCY STORY, you can CLICK HERE.

I have a tab at the top of my page called WELLNESS, if you hover over it, you will see that there is a page dedicated to my PCOS posts. You can find them alllll there, including my weight loss surgery story. You can also CLICK HERE to go directly to that page.

Below are some of my more popular posts, followed by some specific things people ask me about! Feel free to read up, send to a friend, etc. I hope this round-up serves as a great resource for some of you who may be unsure of what to even do with yourself. I’ve been there, and I am lucky enough to have worked myself through it and tell my story as a way of coping and helping others in the process!

As always, I like to end these posts letting you know that if you have no one to talk to about the hopelessness you feel from PCOS, you can ALWAYS message me. I get messages daily from women like you who just want to ask my opinion or share something that has or has not worked for them. My email is theprettyplusonline@gmail.com.
