The other day, I purchased a protein pack from my local grocery store called P3. It had probably an ounce of turkey, ounce of cheese, and half ounce of turkey. I LOVED it, and since I have had weight loss surgery, it was the perfect amount for my tiny tummy. (I’m eating 2-4 ounces at a meal and snack. It’s been 3 whole weeks since my VSG surgery! I’m feeling so much more comfortable with myself and my eating at this point. I love how curious people are about the VSG surgery. I especially love how nosy everyone is in regards to what I am eating! I think it’s an interesting thing, so I am happy to share.
