Like I don’t have enough neutral eyeshadow palettes, right? I know a billion other girls can relate. Recently, I am obsessed with English fashion and beauty. From the way that they dress over the top and on trend almost all the time, to the fact that they rock big hair and thick, dark liner with light lips…I can’t help but be totally consumed.
