Welcome to my second month of posting my favorite blog posts. Last month, I decided to focus on Indy-local bloggers, and it doesn’t surprise me at all that I decided to do the same this month. These are my PEOPLE, I am happy to share them with you, and they are awesome. So don’t be surprised if as this progresses, Indy bloggers hold the majority of spots on these lists. I’ve got some new blogs for you this month, so check out my top 5 fave blog posts from June 2017 below. ASHLEY WOTTRING– DRESSING FOR WEDDINGS WITH ESHAKTI Ashley gives me all the heart eye emojis. This post is in collaboration with Dia & Co. All opinions are my own. Not only is Dia & Co. serving plus size fashion to your door, they are actually providing a STYLING service as well! Having quick, healthy, protein-packed meals is VERY important to me. Even before I had my surgery, I knew focusing on protein was important to stay full and eat less calories. Now after my vertical sleeve gastrectomy, I strive for 70-90 grams of protein per day. When I only eat about 4 oz at a time, it can be tough without supplements, but I’ve linked some recipes I’ve found online and one of my own that focus on protein and are quick to boot! If you have a favorite high protein dinner that’s quick, I’d love for you to link it below! Honey Dijon Chicken and Veggies Foil Packs…
