I can’t believe it’s been 7 weeks since my VSG surgery. To be honest, the whole first month was a blur. I was hating just about everything for that month, but I can honestly say it’s getting better. I love how curious people are about the VSG surgery. I especially love how nosy everyone is in regards to what I am eating! I think it’s an interesting thing, so I am happy to share. VSG What I Eat in a Day “What do you eat?” is the most common question I get. The answer? Not a lot. 2 oz at a time of each food below for a meal.
