Having quick, healthy, protein-packed meals is VERY important to me. Even before I had my surgery, I knew focusing on protein was important to stay full and eat less calories. Now after my vertical sleeve gastrectomy, I strive for 70-90 grams of protein per day. You may or may not know that I meal prep for my husband. It usually separate from what I do for myself because we have different goals, and honestly, I like everything spicy and he is cool with a more tame meal.
